Pace AI does not intentionally collect or maintain personal information about you for advertising, profiling, or data-selling purposes. We do not require you to provide personal information simply to use the core features of Pace AI.

Pace AI does not collect or sell:

• Your personal conversations
• Your photos
• Your videos
• Your memes
• Your AI-generated images
• Your screen content
• Your app usage history
• Your Focus Mode activity
• Your browsing activity
• Your contacts
• Your location

2. AI Image, Meme, and Video Creation

Pace AI allows you to create images, memes, and videos using AI.

To provide these features, content that you choose to submit for generation may be temporarily transmitted to the third-party AI technology or infrastructure required to process your request.

Pace AI does not use your submitted content for advertising, sell it, or use it to build advertising profiles. Where technically possible, submitted content is processed only for the purpose of fulfilling your requested generation.

3. Companion Mode

Pace AI’s Companion Mode provides a floating interface that allows you to access Pace AI features without switching between applications.

Companion Mode may require Android’s overlay permission to display the floating interface. The overlay permission is used to display the Pace AI interface.

Pace AI does not collect or store the content of the other applications displayed underneath the Pace AI overlay.

4. Focus Mode

Pace AI includes Focus Mode, which helps users reduce distractions and screen time by allowing them to block selected applications.

The information required to operate Focus Mode is used locally on your device to apply the restrictions you configure.

Pace AI does not collect, sell, or share your app usage information for advertising or profiling. Your selected blocked applications and Focus Mode settings are intended to remain on your device and are not collected by Pace AI.

5. Photos, Videos, and Files

If you choose to use Pace AI’s image, meme, or video creation features, you may select photos, videos, or other content from your device.

Pace AI accesses this content only when necessary for the feature you choose to use. We do not sell or use your photos, videos, or other submitted content for advertising.

6. Third-Party AI Processing

Some Pace AI features may rely on third-party AI services to generate images, memes, or videos. When you request such a feature, the content necessary to process your request may be sent to the relevant service.

Pace AI does not sell this content or use it for advertising purposes. The handling of content by a third-party service is subject to that provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. Analytics and Tracking

Pace AI does not intentionally use your personal information for advertising tracking or behavioral profiling. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

8. Data Storage

Pace AI does not intentionally maintain a database of your personal content for advertising, profiling, or other unrelated purposes.

Where content needs to be temporarily processed by Pace AI or a third-party service to provide a feature, it is processed only as necessary to provide that feature.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information may only be transmitted to third-party technical services when necessary to provide a feature that you explicitly request, such as AI image, meme, or video generation.

10. Permissions

Pace AI may request permissions required for specific features, including:

• Photos/media: to allow you to select content for image and meme creation.
• Overlay permission: to provide Companion Mode’s floating interface.
• App-related permissions: to provide Focus Mode and application-blocking functionality.
• Internet access: to communicate with AI services and provide online features.

Pace AI uses these permissions only for their intended functionality.

11. Children’s Privacy

Pace AI does not intentionally collect personal information from children. If you believe that Pace AI has inadvertently received personal information from a child, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information involved in providing Pace AI. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes to Pace AI or applicable legal requirements. Any updates will be reflected by changing the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
